Add a unique piece of Ohio Local history to your collection with this rare Kingsville Area Bicentennial Commemorative Ceramic Whiskey Jug. Produced in a limited run of 200 to celebrate the town's 200th anniversary (1805-2005). This beautiful ceramic piece is made to resemble stoneware and features a classic two-tone brown and tan glazed finish.
The front showcases a beautifully detailed, crisp black seal depicting an hourglass, framed by the words "Kingsville Area Bicentennial 1805-2005".
Kingsville, OH got its name through whiskey. Local history tells us that a Mr. King offered the early settlers four kegs of whiskey if they agreed to name the town after him. This commemorative jug pays a perfect historical nod to that fun legend.
