Antique 1887 Porcelain Lidded Sugar Bowl German Royal Bayreuth Strawflower

⭐
This beautiful antique lidded porcelain sugar bowl was manufactured in Tettau, Germany and identified as Royal Bayreuth Tettau in the classic Strawflower pattern. The crisp blue floral motifs on a bright white porcelain body highlight the timeless Bavarian craftsmanship that made Koniglich Tettau porcelain so collectible.

The bowl features ribbed porcelain details, decorative handles, and its original matching lid. The underside carries the green Koniglich Tettau backstamp, including the Crowned T and Lion mark used when the factory operated under Sonntag & Söhne, dating this piece between 1887 and 1902. The hand‑painted blue “24” is the artisan’s identifying mark.

The lid and bowl display the expected wear of a 120‑year‑old piece:

Gold detailing on the lid and handles has worn away

Hairline cracks inside the lid and on the bottom of the bowl
These do not affect display and are consistent with authentic antique porcelain. Please review all photos.

A lovely addition to any Blue Onion, Royal Bayreuth, German porcelain, or antique kitchenware collection.
